You can easily sign up for your FREE Sears Vacations account by clicking on the "Sign Up" button in the upper right corner of this page. A pop-up box will appear that will give you the option to either sign up with Facebook, or to manually enter your preferred account information.
2. I forgot my password, can I reset it?
You can reset your password by clicking on the "Sign In" link in the upper right corner of this page. Right below the place where you fill in your username and password there will be a link called "Forgot Password". This link will then ask you to enter the email address related to your account and an automated email will be sent out shortly with instructions on how to choose your new account password.
3. Can I add more than one user to my account?
You are allowed to add multiple users to the same account, and each individual user can have their own username and password as well.
To setup additional users on your account you must first login. After logging in to your account you must click on the "My Account" link in the upper right of the page. From there you will be taken to your account page where you can manage most of your benefits and personal information.
On the left hand side of the page you should now see a section titled "Users". Click on that navigation to see a list of all authorized users on your account (it should only show you at this time, unless you have previously added someone else).
Next, Click on the "Add New User" button and enter that person's personal information, along with a desired password for that user.
Their default username will be the email address that you provided in their account information.
4. Where do I update my contact information?
To update your Sears Vacations account information you must first login to your account in the upper right hand corner of the page. Next, you will need to click on the "My Account" link that appears in the upper right hand corner of the page when you are logged in.
On the "My Account" page, you will see some sections on the left hand side of the page. Navigate to the "Users" section and click on that. This will bring up your personal information that is on file, as well as that information of any of the additional users you have previously configured. You can click on the "edit" link directly below any of the existing users that you wish to edit.
A pop-up box will appear with the contact information on file. Modify any of the fields that you wish to change, and finish by clicking on the "Update" button at the bottom of the form.

Travel Savings Credits are a special type of currency that Sears Vacations customers can earn and redeem towards the cost of many types of vacations. These Travel Savings Credits make it possible for Sears Vacations members to pay less out of pocket than the best available market price.

Travel Savings Credits will be automatically redeemed from your available account balance during the checkout process of each applicable transaction. In the checkout page for each applicable travel purchase you will see a line where the Travel Savings Credits amount to be deducted from the purchase total are listed.
10. When do my Travel Savings Credits expire?
Travel Savings Credits typically expire Twelve (12) Months after they are activated. There are some instances where the expiration dates may be for longer or shorter periods of time, based on promotions.
You can always log into your Sears Vacations account and visit the "Travel Savings Credits" tab of your account. This overview will provide an itemization of each earned and redeemed balance, along with the expiration date of each available amount of Travel Savings Credits in your account.
